Her first job in entertainment was as a hostess of the most tame variety, chatting to guys and maybe slow dancing without a hint of flesh - "all rated PG13 type stuff," Daylene jokes. It would be two years before she visited a topless bar for the first time and auditioned as a dancer. When the owner saw the awesome, all-natural 36EE rack she had been hiding under her jumper, he nearly took her hand off getting her to sign a contract. "The first week I was so nervous because I never did anything like this before, going topless, letting my girls hang in a room full of strangers, what an experience that was," Daylene recalls. But it didn't take her too long to get into the swing of things.
"I started to realise I enjoyed all the attention I received or, should I say, the attention my girls received. What ever it was I felt good being up on stage, turning men on and having them fantasize about me," she says. Fortunately for us, after dancing topless for a couple of years, Daylene got fired and, in her search for new work, decided to try her hand at full nude dancing at Spearmint Rhino's. "This time around I was more relaxed and not so nervous about getting naked and showing myself. As strange as it sounds, I feel more comfortable with nude then I did topless," Daylene says. Meeting guest adult movie stars dancing at Spearmint, she got curious and finally plucked up the courage to try X-rated action for herself. She's not afraid to admit it's the favourite thing she's ever done. "Me being the sexual person that I am, doing porn came very natural to me. I just love the thought of someone watching me have sex," Daylene confesses.
